VFW MEMBERSHIP
VFW POST 4999 is here to serve men and women veterans, their families, the military, and our community. Every eligible veteran in the area should be a member of this vfw. it is a friendly place.
There are currently 89 Chillicothe VFW Post #4999 members in this great organization. Nationally, there are 1.5 million members in 6000 posts.
Besides just having a place to hang out with your fellow veterans, Chillicothe VFW Members may participate in our many events including participation in:

It is a fact that the Veterans of Foreign Wars organization has 1.7 million men and woman members throughout this great country. Member numbers count when it comes to state and national legislation. All eligible veterans should become members.
The Post Officers are the elected leaders of our organization. Many of their duties include running post meetings, keeping members updated, and more. Learn more about each person's role and go to them with any questions about the organization.
Auxiliary members are relatives of those who served in a location of foreign conflict. These members volunteer their time and fundraise for projects the directly benefit veterans, military service personnel, and their families. Learn more about the members of the auxiliary here.
